Portrait of Jussi whos blog swamp and the city I follow. Where Im lazy and write only in english, he blogs english and in finnish. He does have the advantage of being bilingual thou. Jussi is a wildlife shooter from Kouvola city who rather spends his time at (or should I say in) the swamp than in the bars like I do. Lovely fellow whos is dedicated to his photography as one with a family just can be. Hopefully I can promote his intresting project in the future.

As I told you earlier and also mentioned in my blog, I was greatly impressed by how you did this one. From set up to done was FAST and the end result really got me thinking. Thanks for showing me your side of our great hobby and I feel honoured to have become part of this project for you.

The portrait of you was simple ’cause I knew what I wanted. And it was the same that I thought you’d might like also. The Portrait has to present some side of its subject and for that matter I think I did well with you.
Nature photgrapher in a hdr-portrait? No! Middle aged man in some funky location doing some experimental stuff with six lights? Two hour shoot with wardrobe changes and assistants? No.. Classic, simple, elegant honest to the bone portrait? yes please..
Thanks again for doing this… the series hopefully continues for a long time. It has no timetable or goal. Just portraits for the sake of the art of portrature.
