Never shot skateboarding before but wanted to, badly.
I had great time and shot plenty of frames just to get one or two heros. Its all relative ofcourse. A Skateboard- mag editor would not take a second glance at these but right now I don’t care. Thanks to Olivier, Philip and Kate..
The shot under is pretty much straight out of the camera. I spend plenty of time restricting the lights to clean up the backgrounds. Rather have them to go to dark in the camera and not to ‘fix-them-in-post”. Ah, hate the sentence, and the whole thought. The value of the picture deminishes if it has to be fixed. (Post processing is not fixing and vice versa!)
