Its 1 am.
Todays task was to flip through 1411 wedding photos and narrow them down to around 200. I got down to about 400 so it could be discribed as a success.
The pic is another tryout. Its a mix of some basic camera technique and even more basic photoshop. Nothing fancy, just something to do to give an excuse for not sleeping.
Most of the time I don’t like these kind of tricks in pics. They just don’t work for me. I guess I’m just too narrow minded. But, this time I do like it, it kind of gives a certain fairytale feeling to this pic.

All the blurr comes from the camera movement which is stopped with a rear curtain flash.
Rear curtain, or second curtain as it is Canon is something you might want to look in to if you already haven’t. Its can give a nice effect on bug macros.
But watch out for the bugs, they bite! So I’ve heard…
