I would get something done if I could have access to computer somehow..

Okay, silly picture.

I actually had a point in this. And that is cell phone pictures and the creativity behind them. If you want to take a good picture of anything by all means carry a decent DLSR with you. No iPhone, HTC or Nokia will do the job as well as a Nikon D70 with a decent lens will.

I do not shoot much with my android. I’ve had it six months or so but shot only about 550 frames with it and the two below are the only ones I really like! So I am not a Chase Jarvis of HTC but I am trying to stay creative.

Suuri kiitos myös Kotkan valokuvakeskukselle ja erityisesti Markukselle joka piti meille ovia auki varsinainen näyttelyajan umpeuduttua.

Tämä oli toinen kerta kun yritän opettaa valokuvaustekniikan perusteita. Näitä kolmea yksinkertaisinta lähtökohtaa, aukkoa, isoa ja aikaa. Tämä sujui jo paremmin, mutta vieläkin pitäisi käydä asioita hitaammin ja perusteellisemmin. ISO-herkkyys ei ehkä ole niin itsestään selvyys kuin ajattelen. Myös jotain kameran toimintoja on käytävä läpi vaikka ne olisivatkin hieman epäoleellisia.

Jotain positiivistakin jäi lopusta mieleen. Lopussa käytiin läpi kameroiden toimintaa niin että jokainen löysi oleellisimmat säädöt kamerastaan. Tähän pitää kiinnittää huomiota vielä jos näitä järjestetään. Idea ihan kuvausreissustakin heitettiin ilmoille. Katsotaan mitä tulevan pitää.

If you haven’t notice I mention Zack Arias frequently on the blog. If I had to name one person who’s career I really look up to right now its Zack. I swear his roots are in Finland.
